I made this......ah man, I don't remember! I think it was December 2005. Anyway, we had to make a wire sculpture out of Twisteez. I didn't know what to make and the bass I was trying to make SUCKED. Now if I couldn't make a bass, they why the hell would I make a whole band for that matter? Yet again it's my unfathomable reasoning. x)
Everyone thought it was Green Day because it was three dudes wearing ties.........tf? If it was I'd tell them. 'Kay? Even my principal was going around telling people, "She made Green Day!!!!!!!" Anyway......this took 2-4 days to make. I used Twisteez, Twisteez, Twisteez, and nothing but pure Twisteez. This went to the Art Fair and my art teacher added sand to it. It won lots of praise and a nice, big, blue ribbon that you can see here: [link] At this point I've probably forgotten how to make it.  Sorry I couldn't come up with a better background (paper and......wtf? my couch....)....I've been meaning to put this up for a VERY LONG time and I couldn't get a good photo of it. It looks MUCHMUCHMUCHMUCHMUCH better in person, and was best the FIRST time it was set up. Yeah, first. Thanks a lot, wire band with no name who dismembered which explains why it looks all bent up like this....haha...DISMEMBERED...... Mucho thanks to ~Aearwen for helping me pick a good photo of it. I hate to say this, but you really can't blame people for assuming it's Green Day...because people are a load of uncultured idiots. (Then again, my idea of "cultured" is being able to recognize zillions of different bands by sound OR by photo, wallpapering your room with posters, and whoring merch like there's no tomorrow. XD)
